Literature Text

Each one a kiss,

Shattering against my pale skin.

A million drops woven through the sky; only to fall to their death.

I stood alone in the midst of the downpour,

waiting for your lonely figure to emerge from the overgrown foliage.

And there you were.

Eyes alert, sifting through the forest's panorama, then they set on mine.

A stillness masked the worlds between us as those tiny kisses grew steadily increasing.

And just as fast as you had appeared, you fell out of focus and your presence became no longer.

Back with time you went; back with the memories you fell.

But we will never separate...

How can you be so good at writing and photography too?
This is an amazing descriptive work.
I love the imagery, the mystery, the world.
You spin amazing webs, magic, worlds.

IF I could offer improvement advice on this work,
please, not that it isn't an exquisite like it is.

My first pass at this was too fast to grasp the beautiful imagery.
I think you could let the reader know this is going to be deep, beautiful and to be savored
with a few breaks built in, to say, stop reading, digest what you just heard, now slowly proceed.

Just my thoughts on this. Sometimes a reader, especially in a forum like this, can be rushed in his or her assessment of your work,
so visual prompts can be required. Or they miss a thing of beauty. This most certainly is a thing of beauty.
